What does Wenlyn Screw Company make?
We manufacture and supply custom and standard fasteners: machine screws, sheet metal screws, tek (self-drilling) screws, wood screws, thread-forming and thread-cutting screws, tamperproof and Phillips fasteners, semi-standards, and specials made to print.
What sizes can you cold head?
We cold head from size 0 through 1/2 inch in diameter and up to 6 inches in length, using open, single, and multi-die heading, plus screw machining for tight tolerances.
Do you provide PPAP and SPC documentation?
Yes. SPC data and PPAP documentation are available on request.
Can you produce a custom fastener from my drawing?
Absolutely. We specialize in semi-standards and specials made to print. Send a drawing or sample and our in-house engineering team will help refine it and quote quickly.
Do you offer stocking or consignment programs?
Yes. We offer consignment and bin-stocking programs, bar-coded packaging from System 3 of 9 to custom labels, major-carrier shipping, and our own local Illinois delivery for rush items.
